Thank you Women's Health for publishing this piece and helping break the stigma that surrounds mental health. Thank you for highlighting the fact that mental health IS health, in a society that all too often narrowingly defines health as a physical or medical state.

Thank you to each and every one of you who continuously supports the #therapyiscool mental health action campaign!

Together, we have the power to change the conversation around mental health! And guess what, it is changing before our very eyes!

We are beyond grateful for everyone who has participated in this campaign! From the people who were first in line to purchase a #therapyiscool tote to the public figures who graciously donated their time to raise awareness and combat mental health stigma. To the people who purchased a tote or two to the people who mentioned this campaign to a friend or family member. We appreciate you ALL. ♥️

Our excitement is for the future. For the future of this campaign as well as for our future generations. We truly believe that together we can change the conversation about mental health, removing the stigma that is deeply ingrained in our society. 🗣

This campaign is ready for month #2. 🙌
